Private Sessions
One-on-one. Tailored to your body. The most direct path to results.
A private session is a one-on-one appointment with a Pure Pilates instructor. Your instructor will assess your movement, set goals with you, and guide you through a session designed specifically for your body.
Private sessions are the fastest way to develop a strong foundation in the classical method and are recommended for all new clients.
Semi-Private Sessions
Two to four clients. One instructor. The classical method, shared.
Semi-private sessions pair two or more clients with one instructor for a focused, personalized session. Ideal for clients who prefer to train with a partner while still receiving individualized attention and corrections.
Group Mat Classes
The foundation of the entire system. Taught in a group setting.
Joseph Pilates developed 34 mat exercises that form the foundation of the entire classical system. Group Mat classes at Pure Pilates follow that original sequence, taught by classically trained instructors in a focused group setting.

Group Equipment Classes
The classical method. Shared space. Full apparatus.
Our Group Equipment classes bring the classical Pilates system to a small group setting without sacrificing the precision or integrity of the work. Sessions are taught on the Reformer, Tower, or Chair depending on the class format, with each participant receiving individualized instruction and corrections throughout.
Class size is intentionally limited so your instructor can see you, correct you, and challenge you appropriately — every session.
All levels welcome. Prior Pilates experience preferred but not required.
Group Tower Classes
One of the most versatile pieces of classical apparatus. Now on the schedule.
The Pilates Tower is a vertical spring system that enables a full range of classical exercises not possible on the Reformer alone. Tower classes challenge coordination, strength, and flexibility at every level — from foundational to advanced.
New to the Tower? No prior experience required.
Group CHair Classes
Compact. Precise. Deceptively challenging.
The Pilates Chair is one of the most demanding pieces of classical apparatus. Small in size, significant in challenge. Chair classes develop single-leg strength, balance, and deep core control in a way few other modalities can match.

GROUP CLASS OPTIONS
Drop-In | $50 per class
Flexible access to any group class on the schedule. Book when it works for you.
4 Classes / 4 Weeks | $160
A consistent foundation for your classical Pilates practice. Four sessions every four weeks gives your body the repetition it needs to build strength, improve posture, and start feeling the method work.
8 Classes / 4 Weeks | $280
For those ready to go deeper. Eight sessions every four weeks is where real transformation happens - increased strength, improved movement quality, and a practice that becomes part of how you live.
Private Sessions
Private — $85 per session
One instructor. One client. The most direct path to results. Your instructor works with your body specifically — your goals, your history, your pace. No class to keep up with. No shared attention. Just the work, done right. Scheduled around you.
Duet — $65 per session
Everything a private session offers, shared with one other person. A great option for partners, friends, or anyone who trains better with company.
